We hope you love your Kumoo! If something isn’t quite right:
- Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Contact support@faberohmo.com with your order number, reason and photos before sending anything back.
- For change-of-mind returns, items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is your responsibility, unless your item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
EU customers: You also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, including reimbursement of standard delivery costs, subject to the conditions in our full policy.

Shipping
Your Kumoo begins its journey in South Korea.
- We ship to destinations served by Korea Post EMS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Orders are prepared for dispatch within one working day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and South Korean public holidays.
- Delivery times vary by destination. Customs checks, public holidays and courier delays may affect arrival times.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
- Address changes and order cancellations are possible before dispatch. Contact support@faberohmo.com as soon as possible.
- International customs fees, import taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
